Floor Folding:

Floors should be ready to be unfolded back-to-front. There is a designated floor-folding area. See the school map link above.

Food:

There will be snacks just outside the performance area and a full kitchen menu available in the Room 701 Cafeteria.

Pick up shortly after your prelims performance at the announcer’s table

RECAPS AND FINALS INFO

Pick up 20 minutes after conclusion of your class’ prelims at announcer’s table.

FINALS SCHEDULE

The finals schedule will be made available to you after it has been determined. The SA Class is NOT in rounds for this regional.

FINALISTS: SA-7, IA-3, SO-3, IO-5, SW-3 IW-1 The world class units must make qualifying score to progress to finals.

VIDEO TAPING

Video taping of each unit perform-ance can be ordered and paid for at check-in for $10.00 per unit per performance

PRACTICE SITES

Units making housing and practice arrangements through the Regional Committee must settle their bill at the Check-In when arriving on Saturday. Any unit with unsettled bills will not be al-lowed to compete.

PLEASE NOTE

WGI enforces a NO SMOKING policy at all WGI Regionals, including practice facilities.
